self-taught, chicago based painter.

when i was little i used to draw the tasmanian devil from looney toons over and over again. eventually, my parents let me paint a 3' taz on my bedroom wall.
fifteen-ish years later, i find myself fascinated with painting women...for the most part inspired by the men in my life.
ive been painting seriously since sept of '09, post my move to chicago.
i live by the attitude of gratitude.



...and no, 86 is not the year i was born. :)
it's an ode to the service industry that affords me to wake up every day and do what i love.
